Fighting Groups Afghanistan is heading towards becoming a major battlefield in the near future once again. With the improving situation in the Pakistan's Afghanistan bordering parts it has become evident that in the near future the Afghanistan war will be more fierce and brutal. Whatever will be the results of this war but it will give birth to new international powers and power groups and will affect everyone like the Vietnam War. All the fighting powers have put a lot on the stake. If we divide them into groups, according to the present situation there are four powers fighting in Afghanistan to prove their supremacy over the others. The first group is the American and Nato forces backed by the entire Western countries. This group is lass with latest and modern weapons and wants to establish its monopoly on the earth and apace of this region. The second party is the Taliban backed Al-Qaeda which wants to throw western powers out of the region but are equally dangerous to the society as are the western powers. They are not liked by the people of the war torn country because of their backward Islamic thinking which is unable to provide a good future to the people and also lacks future plans. The third and the most important group is the public of this country. They have been ignored by all the other three powers of the war. These people are full of nationalistic feelings and hate the foreign interference in their country. They equally hate the slavery but are presently favoring Taliban and Al-Qaeda because of the absence of any secular and advanced leadership. This group has suffered most because of the war. The fourth group is of neighboring countries. They are Pakistan, Russia, China, Iran and India. They are not a unified group because of their conflicting interest in the region but are seeing this war very closely with full interest and usually change their sides according to the situation.

War Reasons When Bush administration had attacked Afghanistan it had told the American as well as the world communities that it is directly related to the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Centre and Pentagon. It was told that this attack is aimed to arrest Osama Bin Laden and to destroy the Afghanistan based Al-Qaeda terrorist training camps so the safely of the US people should be ensured. But the present US President Barack Obama is determined to carry on the war and take it deep inside the Pakistan. It looks that Obama has two goals: first to stop the use of Afghanistan soil for another attack on America and the second is to bring stability in Pakistan and Afghanistan. But if we consider the past it becomes clear nor Bush was speaking the truth and neither is Obama. The Bush had kept his people under dark about the true reasons of the war and same is being done by the Obama administration. The main reason behind this war is the expansion of the American colonialism and fulfillment of American and western interests. Taliban and Al-Qaeda are the biggest problems for them and it is the necessity to remove them from the US way. Asia is the most fertile land in the world and Afghanistan is geographically in the centre of this land. This region is also very prosperous. More than 75% population of the world lives in this region. It is also full with natural resources of energy. These are the major reasons that have forced America to cast the hawk's eyes on this region. By colonizing Afghanistan, America wants to control the energy sources of the world and to establish its military supremacy over the entire world and Afghanistan has become the focal point for them. It must be learnt that Soviet Russia was the major power in the region till the end of the twentieth century and it had failed all US efforts.

Hidden US Interests Integration of Soviet Russia turned out to be very useful for America and bless in disguise. It suddenly saw itself as the unchallenged power of the world. In the absence of any other major world power it did whatever it wanted to do in any region of the world. The US administration of that time tried its best to destabilize the former Soviet states and bring them under US control. A special policy was made to deal with that region, to expand the US interests in the region and to silence the rivals. American colonizers tried its best to connect the central Asian countries with the international market so the Soviet monopoly, in that region, over the oil lines is broken. By it America wants to open an alternative energy supply route and to strengthen its position as the super power. America wants such kind of energy supply route that will pass through Pakistan and Afghanistan and then from the open sea and thus will connect with the International market. By this Iran can be by-passed and weakened. It must be learnt that Iran works as a natural bridge to connect with the Persian Gulf. Thus America has a set of comprehensive interest in this region. It involves the weakening and overthrowing of adamant countries of the region, to reorganize the Asian states and to bring the natural energy supply and sea routes under control. There are no differences or changes between the policies of Clinton, Bush or Obama though the implementation of those policies can be different. They had befooled the US and the world communities by using some other reasons for the attacks of Afghanistan and Iraq. Clinton and Bush did their best for the expansion and establishment of the American colonialism in the region and now Obama is determined to cross all the limits.

America-Taliban Relations US control over Afghanistan can serve all the American goals and Clinton administration used to took it as the sensitive part of the game. When Taliban took over Afghanistan and overthrow the Soviet backed Nazibullah government, Clinton tried to use Taliban for the same US purposes. For it Clinton administration helped Taliban with every possible way. But a new Taliban generation had emerged that understood the true American interests and turned into the major headache for America. Clinton government tried to befriend Taliban government, tried to force them to close the terrorist training camps. When it became evident that Taliban are not following the US way some suspicious terrorists' places were attacked by US government but it only increased tensions between both the governments. After Clinton, Bush administration used every kind of policy to overthrow the Taliban government. One of the striking facts is that in May, 2001 Bush administration has passed an amount of 40 million for the financial help of the Taliban government.

America Taliban War Five months prior to the 9/11 attack America had started the process to attack Afghanistan and 9/11 attack only helped the Bush administration. It was used as a main reason to attack the war torn Afghanistan. Taliban government was overthrown and was taken over by a new puppet government under the leadership of Karzai. The war has not ended even after seven years and everyone known about the patheric situation of the Nato forces. Afghanistan war has put a question mark on the military supremacy of America and Nato forces. The strength of American and Nato forces is weakening day by day in Afghanistan. Their forces are facing difficult geographical and weather conditions, continuous defeats and increasing causalities. At the other end, Taliban has once again emerged more powerful from all kind of aspects. They have taken over 70% areas of Afghanistan and Pakistan bordering states under their control. Karzai government controls only Kabul some of other states. American drone attacks have mostly killed innocent people instead of terrorists. US Drone attacks on marriage parties and other public gatherings have become a daily phenomenon. Nothing has changed despite repeated military promises and new field rules. Civilian causality rate has increased many folds as compared to last year's causality figures. Nato force's Pakistan-Afghanistan supply route has almost been cut by the Taliban. US government is trying very hard to open-up alternative supply routes and for it will have to request the Russian or Iranian governments.
